Worksighted rolls out LiveTrack Support Tool to all customers

Worksighted today announced the launch of LiveTrack, a comprehensive Support Tracking solution aimed at tracking, resolving and analyzing support issues for Worksighted customers. LiveTrack is currently available to all Criterion Network Management customers and most On-Demand Support customers with a final rollout to be completed by summer of 2008.

The addition of LiveTrack marks a new level of efficiency by the Worksighted Support Team. Mike Harris, VP of Information Systems, says, “Already we are seeing positive feedback from customers using LiveTrack. We are able to respond faster and communicate more effectively and customers can easily check out the status on current issues. LiveTrack is a unique support tool that when combined with LiveState, LiveSupport and our experienced team make for highly effective IT management and support solution for customers.”
