iPhone Instructions:
Steps to Remove Your Old Account:
- Open Settings on your phone
- Open Passwords and Accounts
- Choose the email account you would like to remove
- Confirm you have clicked on the right account but looking at the “Account” This should be your work email address
- Hit Delete Account
Install Duo Mobile:
- Open the App Store
- Search for “Duo Mobile:
- Click Get to install the app
Steps to Add the Account (Duo Already Setup):
- Open Settings on your phone
- Open Passwords and Accounts
- Click “Add Account”
- Choose “Microsoft Exchange”
- Type in your work email address and a description if you choose
- Click “Sign In”
- Type in your password
- This is often the same password you log into your computer with
- Accept the requested permissions
- If you are enrolled in DUO you will be prompted to authenticate.
- Most users should be able to “Send Me a Push” and accept that on your phone
- If you are getting prompts to “Start Setup” click here for the enrollment process
- Choose which options you would like to sync and hit “Save”
- By default, all options are green for Enabled
Steps to Add Account (Not Yet Enrolled):
- Open Settings on your phone
- Open Passwords and Accounts
- Click “Add Account”
- Choose “Microsoft Exchange”
- Type in your work email address and a description if you choose
- Click “Sign In”
- Type in your password
- This is often the same password you log into your computer with
- Accept the requested permissions
- Click “Start Setup”
- Choose your authentication method
- Mobile Phone is the recommended Option
- Enter your phone number
- If you choose landline you need to enter your direct dial number. Entering the phone number of the business won’t work.
- Click “I have Duo Mobile”
- If you need help installing click here
- Click “Take me to Duo Mobile”
- Click “Settings” in the top left of the screen
- Screen down on the review screen until you see “Continue to Login”
- Choose your preferred authentication method
- If you have the app installed “Send Me a Push” is the best option
- Accept the Push
- Choose which options you would like to sync and hit “Save”
- By default all options are green for Enabled
Remove Account With Images:




2. Click on “Passwords & Accounts”
3. Choose the account you want to remove. In this case “My Work Email”Note: This can often be named “Exchange” if you can’t tell which account to remove
4. Confirm you are removing the correct account by checking the email at the top. If this is the correct email click “Delete Account” on the bottomYour Old account is now removed.
Add Account with Enrollment with Images:




2. Then choose Passwords and Account
3. Click “Add Account
4. Choose “Microsoft Exchange”




6. Click “Sign In”
7. Type in your password (most times this is the same password you log into your computer with)
8. Accept the Permissions




10. Choose your Enrollment method (The recommended option is to choose “Mobile phone”)
11. Type in your phone number
12. If you have Duo Mobile already click “I have Duo Mobile”




14. Go back to Settings
15 The next screen you may need to scroll down to click “Continue”




17. Accept the token (you can long press to accept without changing screen or click on the notification brings you into Duo)
18. Go back to Settings
19. Choose which options you want to sync and hit Save
Android Instructions:
Steps to Remove your old Account:
- Open Settings on your Device.
- Find the “Accounts” section
- Find your email account.
- Most likely this will be listed as an “Exchange” account
- Should be listed next to a mail icon
- Click “Remove Account”
Steps to install Duo Mobile:
- Open the Play Store app
- Search for Duo Mobile
- Install the App
Steps to install and configure Outlook App:
- Open the Play Store app
- Search for Outlook.
- Install the Microsoft Outlook app
- Find the app and open
- You should be prompted to add an account
- Type in your email
- Type in your password and click “Sign In”
- Click “Send Me a Push” or your preferred authentication method
- Accept your push or type in your passcode
- Your email is now syncing
