This role’s primary responsibility will be to set up iPads and other mobile devices for new users, provide first-touch technology orientation, manage local inventory, and offer real-time support for onsite hardware, software, and user-related issues. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience, working closely with the client’s internal team while representing our company’s values and standards.
This role requires onsite support at client sites in Fort Mill, SC.
