We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist who will be responsible for the daily triage and initial troubleshooting of support requests in an attempt to resolve or escalate the request to the appropriate team quickly and efficiently. This position answers incoming calls to the support team, providing initial triage, routing and support, ensuring service metrics are being met and client requests are being addressed promptly by the appropriate resource.

We are looking for a Hybrid Field Engineer who will be responsible for both proactive and reactive visits to client locations, completing a routine set of tasks during each proactive visit, and resolving technology issues as they arise. Additionally, this position is responsible for building successful relationships with clients and key contacts, acquiring and documenting intimate knowledge about client environments and technology usage, facilitating collaboration with internal departments to improve service delivery and assisting with generating new opportunities. While visiting clients, Hybrid Field Engineers are expected to review any open service tickets and work to resolve any service tickets they are able to, while at the client location.
While not in the field, the Hybrid Field Engineer will serve as a Lab Engineer, assisting with troubleshooting, repair and setup of client equipment, as well as delivery of equipment in many cases. When work is not available to be completed in the Lab, the Hybrid Field Engineer will work on remote support tickets.
