Worksighted Honored Nationally in “Best and Brightest Companies to Work for®” for Third Consecutive Year
Holland, Michigan – For the third year in a row, Worksighted has earned recognition from the National Association for Business Resources as one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.” Companies throughout the country compete to distinguish themselves by having the most innovative and thoughtful approach to human resources.
“We’re proud to be nationally recognized for our commitment to being a good place to work, but that doesn’t mean we have stopped thinking of new ways to appreciate and invest in our employees”, said Mike Harris, co-founder of Worksighted. “In 2017, we developed a new employee onboarding process, grew our internal communications team, and even started our own catered lunch program. I can’t wait to see what improvements we have in store for 2018.”
The National Association for Business Resources evaluates companies based on twenty key measures in various categories evaluating employee benefits, recruitment process, development and treatment of employees, and overall company performance.
Worksighted employs 74 team members and created 20 new positions in 2017.
