Worksighted Hires Justin Himebaugh as Director of Finance
Holland, MI, 8/1/18– Worksighted, one of the fastest-growing IT services companies in Michigan, has hired Justin Himebaugh as the Director of Finance. In this new role, Himebaugh will lead the accounting and finance department at Worksighted.
“We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the last few years, requiring us to expand our executive leadership team,” said Mat Nguyen, co-founder of Worksighted. “With the addition of Justin, we’re able to separate our Human Resources and Finance departments and create additional bandwidth for these teams to grow and accomplish more.”
Himebaugh brings to Worksighted over 20 years of experience working for professional services companies. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University, majoring in accounting.
“I’ve been a customer of Worksighted for the last 16 years leading up to becoming an employee,” said Himebaugh. “As a customer, I was impressed by the superior service, products, and people at Worksighted and jumped at the opportunity to become a part of the momentum here.”
Himebaugh pursued a degree in accounting because of his love of numbers and hard facts. The part of finance he enjoys most is being able to make educated decisions without the need for guesswork or assumptions.
“With over 20 years of accounting experience, Justin will be an incredible addition to the team at Worksighted,” said Nguyen. “We’re growth-minded and Justin’s expertise will help both Worksighted and our clients grow by honing in on the efficiency of our accounting processes.”
Himebaugh is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. He serves as the treasurer of the Spartan Water Polo Club and director of the Delta Townships EDC board.
